Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the CrewGap website, application and related services. By using CrewGap, you agree to these terms.
Use of the service
CrewGap is intended to support construction operations and related business workflows. You may use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms and any applicable subscription or service agreement.
Accounts and access
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and for activity performed through accounts under your control. Organizations are responsible for assigning appropriate permissions and promptly removing access when it is no longer authorized.
Customer data
You retain responsibility for information you or your authorized users submit to CrewGap. You represent that you have the rights and permissions necessary to collect, use and submit that information. You remain responsible for the accuracy of operational, payroll, safety, employee and project information entered into the service.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, introduce malicious code, use the service to violate law or the rights of others, or attempt to reverse engineer or copy protected portions of the service except where applicable law expressly permits it.
Subscriptions and setup services
Current pricing, user limits and setup options are shown on the CrewGap website or in a separate written agreement. Fees, billing terms and the scope of any setup services may be updated for future purchases. Any agreed terms for an active customer will be governed by the applicable order, invoice or service agreement.
Availability and changes
CrewGap may update, improve or modify the service over time. While reasonable efforts may be made to maintain availability, uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed.
Third-party services
CrewGap may integrate with or rely on third-party services. Those services may be subject to separate terms and privacy practices, and CrewGap is not responsible for third-party services outside its control.
Disclaimer
CrewGap is a business operations tool and does not replace professional legal, accounting, payroll, safety, engineering or regulatory advice. Users remain responsible for reviewing information and complying with applicable laws, contracts, safety requirements and company policies.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CrewGap and its owner will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the service. Any direct liability will be limited as permitted by applicable law and any separate written agreement.
Termination
Access may be suspended or terminated for nonpayment, unlawful use, security risks, material breach of applicable terms or other reasons permitted by a governing service agreement or law.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as CrewGap develops. The effective date above will be revised when material changes are posted.
